Sister Nancy co-founded the Center for Healthcare Reform in 2002 with Jack Glaser. Sister Nancy devoted many years of service to the Congregation of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Orange beginning with a three year term working with new members. She initiated the program of Legislative Advocacy at St. Joseph Health Center in 1988. She also served at NETWORK, the Catholic Social Justice Lobby in Washington, D.C., working on domestic policy legislation. She served as General Superior of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Orange from 1991-2001. Sister Nancy passed away on August 1, 2004 at the age of 70.
