Group Wellness
At the group level, our wellness initiatives focus on the medical and environmental conditions that threaten and diminish the health and welfare of individuals and their communities.
Working with local ministry (hospital) resources, we work to create chronic disease management programs to ensure that people receive evidence-based and cost effective care in the most appropriate setting. Some of these programs include:
- Cardiac Rehabilitation
- Cancer Wellness
- Congestive Heart Failure
- Diabetes Chronic Disease Management

In the Orange County are, we are in the process of developing a county-wide stroke prevention and treatment center.
