As a not-for-profit healthcare organization, St. Joseph Health System is governed by a Board of Trustees comprised of representatives from the communities we serve.  This voluntary board selects our senior leadership team and continually assesses our operations.  Their goal is to make sure we operate in accordance with our Mission and Values and devote all of our resources to providing the highest quality care for the communities our ministries (hospitals) serve.
