Dr. was 30 min. late with no apologies. Did not acknowledge my wife and she works within St. Joseph's organization. Very distant, vague and impersonal like he was bothered by helping us. Not impressed at all and will not refer him to anyone.
First time visit so we did not know each other.
Very professional & responsible in their job.
*Dr. Birch & staff are amazing. Very willing to listen to issues and help with them rather than ignore very real things for me. I don't feel like *Dr. Birch is a robot or by the book - he is personable and a very real person who cares for his patients and wants to get them back to their potential.
