There is nothing more important to me than the health and safety of your children. As a strong advocate of vaccinations, I believe that ensuring the children who visit our office are fully vaccinated is the single most important thing I can do to keep your children and your community safe. If you choose not to fully vaccinate your child, another physician may be a better fit for your family. If you have questions or would like more information on vaccinations, call our office at (714) 577-6677.

*Dr. Banez is excellent. She's friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to understand.

Doctor didn't say hi to child, didn't ask any questions to her (how she was feeling, where it hurts, etc.), very short with answers, in a hurry to leave room.

I know the office is busy but at times I wish they spent more time and didn't make us feel rushed.

I have been taking my kids to Dr Banez for more than 10 years. my kids are healthy kids. we only visit the doc office for their physical or flu shots. [Name] is the one who had to go see her more for minor injuries. over the time she has made him feel so bad about himself that he refuses to go see her. his dad has been taking him so this time I pretty much dragged him to see her. So we tell the nurse the reason for the visit and symptoms. The dr walked in with a diagnosis!!! and then the whole exam was based on trying to prove what she thought. She was very rude to me and made me feel like it was my fault that the issue was prolonged for so long. The pain was off and on and we kept doing what we were told to do but this time it just came back with vengeance. This is why we came to see her. plus we had ups and downs with our ins that we could not get in sooner.(only a few days late) I should not be made fell bad about it. She did refer us to a specialist and ordered an inadequate X-rays. I will be making that appt and try to get to the bottom of this. but one thing I am sure about is, that I am not going back to see the dr who would make my child feel like he is making up stories and me feel like a bad parent.
