I really like this doctor, and feel she is making very good plans for my health. I would recommend her as an excellent doctor. However the whole office and appeared quite rushed, which she has not been in the past, and I've seen this with another doctor as well. I'm wondering if the pressure is on to move people through appointments too quickly, or if I just caught them on an off/super busy day. I guess time (and future experiences) will tell.
Dr. Cortez is very friendly and shows care and concern for her patients.
*Dr. Cortez took the time to explain and answer questions for my daughter. Excellent care provided.
Dr. Cortez is wonderful. I have been seeing her for years and she has helped me out with multiple pregnancies. She always makes a point to check my history before seeing me and asking me how I'm doing as well as my kids. I know she has a ton of patients and doesn't remember everyone but she always makes it a point to show that she cares and that she has done the background work to remember who she is seeing that day. She is so easy to talk to about any problems or issues and does not judge, which is great. She offers realistic and sound advice that I really appreciate as a mom. I can be open about health questions and know that she is invested in my health. I have recommended her to countless numbers of friends and am always very happy seeing her.
Doctor & staff very friendly, helpful and respectful.
