Excellent listener. Very thorough. Caring and understanding. Professional.
I feel that she was really good at her specialty, but a common thread I have found with her and my primary, Dr. DeCock, even an urgent care visit at the first of the year, is that I do not feel heard. Treatment decisions felt like they were made via template rather than considering my input regarding history, circumstances, etc. I realize that these folks are the experts, but I also believe that what I have to say/my history is also relevant.
Martha always makes you feel as though you are the only patient she has that day. Never rushes you and takes time to fully answer your questions.
*Martha Caranza is very caring and knowledgeable. She is an excellent provider.
I have complete faith and trust in my provider. She demonstrates true care. I have been with her for numerous years and would NEVER consider contemplating another. She is a true joy.
