I can never see my primary care physician. When I call for a problem, I'm told he is all booked, but I can see the nurse practitioner. With my last problem, I wrote an e-mail to my PCP, they responded that he wanted to see me, but the ones that make the appointments said he was booked. I told them that he wanted to see me, but that did not happen. Even after I told them that the doctor wanted to see me, they still did not make an appointment with him because he was booked. That is frustrating to me.
I was very pleased with my provider's interest in my current depression problems.
