While every day is different in family practice, one constant is the importance of the relationships you build with patients. Caring for someone through all ages and stages of life offers you a unique role, allowing you to be proactive in protecting their health and improving their well-being, not simply treating illness.

From pediatrics to geriatrics, I enjoy offering the full spectrum of care and hopefully making a difference in my patients' lives. I believe my patients would describe me as someone who cares, listens and follows-through, whether that means taking the time to answer every question or promptly returning phone calls. In family practice, a commitment to staying abreast of new research and treatments is essential—as is a little humility and recognizing what a privilege it is to care for patients.

The one thing I am not happy about is, I made the appt. to get my 2nd shingles vaccine, no one called to tell me the vaccine is on BACKORDER. I had to leave work early to go to this appt.

Confidence in him? I don't know, OK I guess he doesn't WANT to get to know me, doesn't talk much, I don't think he likes me, & just wants to get out of the room & the nurse bring the requisitions, if any, prescriptions or whatever, and walks me out he doesn't explain. 1. Blank usually but better this time than usual. 2, 6. Doesn't. 3. Kinda blank. 7. He doesn't really talk much. 8. Doesn't spend a lot of time. 9. Medically? I don't know. OK.

One of the great things is (a) he listens and (b) he explains the anatomy/physiology to me which I am the kind of patient that appreciates that. THANK YOU!
