*Dr. Davenport was extremely helpful. I've never been to him yet he treated me like a long time patient. He went above & beyond my concerns and for that I'm grateful.
    Dr Davenport provided great care.
    everything was great
Dear Staff, This was perhaps my worst experience dealing with your medical group. I obtained the worst possible advise and service and was not shown the level of respect and consideration I believe I deserve. I will briefly summarize my experience. I came in with two issues: a) tinnitus as a result of a dental procedure b) high blood pressure In both cases the outcome was not very good. First, with regard to the high blood pressure Dr. Daveport prescribed lisinopril (*). I asked how long for this to be effective and was told 2-3 days. However, within hours after taking the medication my blood pressure dropped to * and I nearly passed out. I has to call your medical advisory line and was nearly ready to call 911. I got no warning that this could happen. This could have has a much worse outcome. As for my tinnitus i came in with a word document describing my recent dental history including all my procedures and medications. Dr. Davenport barely looked at it, did not engage in trying to understand what might have happened. He did not refer me to an ENT or for additional diagnostics like an MRI and instead said to come back in several weeks. Luckily have a PPO through my wife's insurance and I made an appoiontment with an ENT. He found a) I had hearing loss in my right ear b) it was asymmetric and warranted an MRI. Moreover, the only advice I got was using white noise (and based on recent literature it not a recommended protocol for treatment). I am a NASA scientist and did my homework prior to my visit. I did not appreciate being dismissed. I am not an MD, that is why I come to you for help and advise. I think I could and should have been treated better. I would not want to visit Mark Daveport again. Thanks for your attention.
