I have been uncomfortable with my c-Pap therapy for over a year, had tried to tell Melissa about it with no feed back, so I purchased a bi-Pap machine to try and rectify my problem. Althiugh Melissa approved of my online purchase, the soonest I could get in to see her to set my machine up was 3 months. so I waited. Then she told me the bi-pap was not going to help me, only the c-Pap would, but didn't tell me how to go about it. She asked why I didn't have a sleep study done before I bought the bi-pap, and I said I had no idea that that was available. We kind of went around in circles, she set my new bi-Pap up, but told me she didn't have all day. I have always had a difficult time relating to Mellisa, and I kind of dread talking with her, as it seems to be a one-way street. The conclusion is she had me schedule another sleep study, which I scheduled in Petaluma. I would have done this originally since I live in Petaluma, but had no idea it was available. I am befuddled at this point in time, and looking forward to the new sleep study *. Had I been able to see Melissa within 60 days, I could have returned the bi-Pap machine, which I paid $1740 for.
    Excellent specialist care.
Melissa Sloan was very perceptive and kind regarding my dismay over the worsening situation with my teeth, even though I see her for breathing problems. She knows dental health is important in all areas of healthcare. Also, she tirelessly worked to find better providers for the medical equipment I need. She also followed up with calls to see how new provider were workimg out.
*Melissa is excellent, she listens and adjusts what I need to help me sleep better. I am grateful!
I have always had great care by this providers!
