*Dr. El-Hajjaoui is a OUTSTANDING DOCTOR. I had a lump on my arm. He said it was cancer and removed that same day within 1/2 hour.
Perhaps the doctor was having a bad day, but my doctor was in with me for maybe 6-7 minutes, reviewing some medical records I had provided. I attempted to address another medical problem. That was when I was yelled at by the doctor. I have several medical issues that I wished to discuss with him and he apparently did not want to help me or have the time to do so. When I tried to talk to him about the other issues, he yelled "ENOUGH!" in a loud voice at me as if I were a child who was misbehaving. I think you should be able to talk to your doctor. When you are in the doctors' office you already feel vulnerable. But this visit really upset me. I understand doctors are very busy, but this was inexcusable behavior. Apparently, you are only allowed to talk to the doctor for a few minutes. It was humiliating and I went home in tears. I was told by staff that he was behind schedule with patients and needed to get to a meeting. I was not able to discuss my medical concerns with my primary care doctor. I was embarrassed and disrespected. I do not think I want to see this doctor again, which is really unfortunate because the first time I visited, I thought he was the best doctor I had ever met. He was so patient and seemed genuinely concerned about my recent surgeries and medical care. So I am still very sad about this recent experience. Staff was great. I told them what had happened, but was told that they found it hard to believe and have never heard a patient say anything like that before. I have not made any of this up or embellished in any way. I have no reason to do so. I do hope that they can lighten the load for this doctor because he used to be wonderful.
just a great team, can't say anything bad about no one. THANK YOU!
    He is kind and compassionate.
