*Dr. Gerard was very informative & easy to speak with in fact I would like to change to him as my primary caregiver. 8. Excellent.
I am a person that hates going to the doctor for anything. Recently diagnosed with diverticulitis, I needed to follow up with my primary care physician. well I've never met my PCP as I've never gone to the doctors since the activation on my insurance. Dr. Gerard was so good I called the insurance to change my PCP to him.
Difficulty determining the problem. Significant time to get a diagnosis. The condition caused extreme and prolonged pain. I had run out of the pain killing medication, and I was put through this difficult process, with me having to wait by the phone. If seems that the muscle relaxers have reduced the pain to a manageable level. I have never had a prolonged pain like this before. I was upset by the process of getting this prescription filled. From just call when two pills left, to it will take 48 hours, to you will have to come here to pick it up we can not send it to to pharmacist, and now if I want the prescription refilled I need to make an appointment. This current pain episode appears to be coming to an end, I am taking PT, and I am considering a cartilage cleanup in my knee. I have a supply of pain medication now, but it will eventually be gone. I hope I will be able to get the prescription if I need it.
    Love it!
as I have stated before, I have felt I'm getting excellent care and I'm quite happy to have joined your system
