I saw Dr. Guyer for a skin rash. My pet was currently experiencing a similar rash and so it was reasonable to assume they were related. Dr. Guyer could not make a diagnosis based on visual appearance of the rash and did no further testing on the rash to come to a conclusion. She stated that I should wait and see what my pet's diagnosis is and that is when I'll will have to answer to my rash. She never even considered the possibility that it was coincidence and completely unrelated to my pet. I asked about testing for myself and Dr. Guyer told me that they don't have a microscope to look at skin samples. She prescribed a couple of different medications and told me to take the one that I needed based on the skin tests from my pet. I was extremely confused by this interaction. Currently I have the same rash and no answers, as the results for my pets tests won't be in for 2 weeks and even then, may still be unrelated and potentially contagious.
*Dr. Guyer listen to every thing you say and is very caring to your needs.
Good listener & answer all my question. Glad to have her as my doctor - I trust her.
always have good results with this team.
Dr. Guyer is wonderful. My husband has cancer and her care and concern for us both is greatly appreciated.
