I was/am very pleased with all services and staff at this facility.
I visited Urgent Care because I was concerned about the discharge from the stoma (G.I. tube). A culture was taken. I would have appreciated being told how I would be receiving information regarding the results of the culture taken. No one called me to give me the results. I found out the results the following week when I returned to the Urgent Care Clinic to get a refill on the prescription. I was told the results were "negative".
Certain times I would prefer to have an appointment with our Primary, but he nor any other Primary Doctors I feel comfortable with were available. As far as recommending this Urgent Care, most of the time things go well, but this visit was just really 'different'.
Very grateful this Urgent Care facility is available.
