Dr. Frank Lee is passionate about eyes – whether it’s treating eye pain and emergencies; improving vision and quality of life with cataract surgery; or preventing vision loss with early disease detection, monitoring, medical and surgical management. His patients appreciate his calm nature and having all their concerns addressed. Dr. Lee recently won First Place – Ophthalmologist in 2019 VV Daily Press Best of the Desert.

Dr. Lee practices general ophthalmology, and specializes in managing cataracts and glaucoma (a lifelong disease – typically caused by high eye pressure - that damages the eye’s optic nerve). His philosophy is to preserve vision through regular follow-ups and treatment by the least invasive means possible. Dr. Lee enjoys attending conferences to learn the latest developments in his field, in order to provide his patients with evidence-based care.

Dr. Lee is board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. Dr. Lee completed his medical degree and internship at Pennsylvania State University, his ophthalmology residency at University of Chicago and glaucoma fellowship at Scheie Eye Institute, University of Pennsylvania.
