Chair, Cancer Committee, 2013 to present

    Philosophy of Care:
Getting to know my patients, their background, and their story prior to their cancer diagnosis helps me recommend treatments that are best suited to their needs and priorities. I want patients to know that they are being cared for by a team of professionals in our cancer program who will manage their cancer treatment, but also address needs beyond their cancer treatment, including survivorship and hospice.

    Personal Interests/Hobbies:
I am involved in the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life and serve on the local chapter’s leadership committee. In my spare time I enjoy mountain biking, boogie boarding, Legos, Monopoly, and music.
