There is an arrogant, unkind, "I don't care and hate my job" spirit to this provider; MRI promised to me by doctor during last visit to check for cancer on an adrenal tumor still not ordered (and should have been ordered more than one year ago); during my last visit, doctor promised to call me with pending test results but has not; finally, doctor told me to only test in the morning and bedtime for glucose levels. I am an insulin dependent diabetic; I firmly believe that I should test before breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bedtime so that I know how much insulin to inject. Doctor sent order to pharmacy to test twice daily; phone calls to doctor's office to change order to test 4 times daily have been completely ignored. I think it is reckless of any endocrinologist to ask patients to inject insulin without knowing their glucose level; I could easily take too much or too little insulin which could be detrimental to my health.
Dr. Liwampo is thorough in her explanations. I also never feel she is in a rush or like she is rushing me.
Dr Liwanpo is very good. I am glad she is my doctor for diabetes care.
    Great experience
I feel that my thyroid condition is atypical as well as my concerns and therefore would have benefited from someone who specializes thyroid conditions.
