Everyone is very helpful and they always get right back to me when I need help or when I call
she was very thorough in explaining all my lab results and we agreed on a plan of action with a follow up review in 6 months.
My visit on * (after rescheduling) was very poor. I was given a referral to a dermatologist who stated they did not do the procedure. 2 days later I was asked to see an in-house physician to do the procedure. "I have no idea what is going to happen/how the procedure will go." 2 yrs. ago I told & showed *Thompson a discoloration on my R toe. She stated it was normal. On the day of my visit, I commented that it appears to be spreading. She stated, "Oh that's fungi." Vicks VapoRub will help with that." Also, she prescribed a solution that is not helping. So, I went to a dermatologist for a 2nd opinion.
I asked my Dr to change or stop certain medications and when I went to the pharmacy the old medications were there. I was told by a nurse that I had Ishemic Heart Disease and COPD on the phone that was diagnosed on an ER visit and when asking Dr Thompson she said, " That no longer applies, I took it off of your chart". How do you think I feel about this? You just dont get told something and then have it get wiped away. No explanations why it was "Wiped out of my chart" Ive changed providers now because I dont think my needs were met. Im going to stop here. If you have any more questions then you can contact me
*Diane & *Teresa are great given their time restrictions.
