Always a good experience for the most part. I do wonder why it takes so long sometimes when there are only a few patients in the waiting area. But having said this. You guys on the whole are a 1000% better than any other urgent care/ emergency/ hospital than I have been to.
I would just tell them to be prepared to wait a long, long time.
The wait time in the lobby even with a scheduled appointment time was excessive. No communication about how long the wait would be or why the wait time was so long. It's not a convenient alternative. I'll wait to see my primary care physician. It was chaos.
Great team at Urgent Care. Thank you for taking care of my son.
Very impressed with the staff. Was treated courteously and caringly by staff from the front desk to the doctor. Please relay my thanks for the treatment I received.
