    excellent staff
you are doing a great job. keep up the good work!
Good - this the place to go (Urgent Care) - I've been here several times. P. S., I hope you can read my writing. *
The only issue I had with my experience at this urgent care was when my culture results came in I did not get a phone call. I called a week after my visit to check in and the results came back positive of an infection but no one called me when the results came in so I was left with my infection getting worse. That would be the only thing holding me back from revisiting this urgent care especially after I was told by the doctor that I would be getting a call even if the results came back negative. But positive test results should be told to the patient even if the doctor thinks it's not something that normally affects adults.
Although the doctor was great, my interaction with the nurse really ruined the quality of care I received on this day. I believe nurses play an important role in helping patients feel as comfortable as possible, and I have tremendous amount of respect for the work that they do. But the nurse I encountered made me feel like my worries were not worthy of my visit, and that I was wasting her time, which is a horrible feeling to have in addition to feeling sick and worried for the unborn baby. I sincerely hope that neither my family nor I will not have to interact with this nurse if I ever have to go back to urgent care in the future.
