    Biography

    Dr. Yun was born in New York City, but spent most of his childhood years in western New York. After attending high school in the Boston area, he graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA with a degree in Biological Basis of Behavior.

    Dr. Yun graduated from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, VA. He then completed his internship and residency in Anesthesiology at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, NC. His interest in pain medicine began during medical school and grew during residency, so he decided to pursue additional training and completed a fellowship in Pain Medicine at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle, WA.

    Prior to starting Marin Pain Center, Dr. Yun was in private practice in Napa and in the Washington, DC area. He is Board Certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. His focus and interests are comprehensive pain management and advanced minimally invasive techniques, including ultrasound guided procedures and spinal cord stimulation.
