Written Notice to California Attorney General of Proposed Transaction with Adventist Health System/West, including Request for Written Waiver pursuant to California Corporations Code section 5920(c)

On June 6, 2018, St. Joseph Health System and St. Joseph Health Northern California, LLC provided written notice to the California Attorney General of its proposed transaction with Adventist Health System/West and affiliated entities, including a request for written waiver pursuant to California Corporations Code section 5920(c).

The terms of the proposed transaction are set forth in the written notice to the Attorney General. A copy of the written notice is available online for viewing or download here:
