Patient Financial Assistance
St. Joseph Health (SJH), is committed to providing quality care to all
our patients, regardless of ability to pay. No one should have to delay
seeking needed medical care because they lack health insurance, or cannot
afford to pay the cost of care.
Our Patient Financial Assistance Program helps make quality health care
available to everyone in our community, by providing free or discounted
care to eligible patients. This includes those who lack health insurance
and cannot afford to pay their hospital bill, as well as patients who
do have insurance, but are unable to pay the portion of their bill that
insurance doesn’t cover.
Some patients may also qualify for government assistance. If you believe
you might be eligible for our program, or need help applying for a government-sponsored
program, one of our financial services representatives can help. Please
select your hospital from the list below for more information.
Remember that access to necessary health care is not affected by your eligibility
for financial assistance. We are committed to treating all those who seek our care.
