This was a teleconference, and I felt as a patient it did everything an in-office visit would provide, with the additional benefit that it allowed me to stay in my own home, and keep safe. Only time I had to leave was for the pre-appt. bloodwork. But, for routine checkups, I would definitely do this again. No stress, especially when wait times can be long. No exposure to other sick patients.

During my most recent follow up with Dr.Lee we both discussed the best course of action regarding my need for occasional blood transfusions. This new course we're are trying seems to be the right choice for me at this time leading to a better quality of life for myself.
